Probably the most recognized and successful type of standard or quality assurance system through the "third party", and which is internationally accepted is ISO standard. Acquiring ISO certificate means that they can develop their products or services according to the specifications widely accepted in certain sector and it gives them the advantage when competing with the competition.

During the formal Quality Austria Certificate award ceremony, as well as the international network of certification bodies IQ Net, the process of synchronization of business processes in ZEFARM with the standards BAS ISO 9001:2002 was finished. This entire process was 6 months long, and during this period all of the processes and business procedures were harmonized with the best practices and norms required by standards. The process itself was monitored by Boscert Consulting Company. Edis Sacirovic, CEO of the company, received the certificate on behalf of all employees in ZEFARM.

Synchronization of business processes with the requirements of ISO 9001:2002 brings many benefits to the company. The most important one is creating a better and stronger environment which is more oriented to its customer as a central figure of the business.
